6.5 Orifice Nozzle

The 6.5 orifice nozzle is well suited to biocide application. Its smaller orifice generates higher delivery pressure, helping the chemical penetrate deeper into biological growth and more effectively address the staining your customer is looking to remove.

It is suitable for flow rates of up to 6 L/min (at the nozzle) without producing excessive spray drift and performs reliably with small 12 V pumps. Higher-pressure pumps may also be used, provided the flow is regulated to approximately 6 L/min.

10 Orifice Nozzle

The 10 orifice nozzle is best suited to the low-pressure application of oxidisers. It enables higher flow rates when used with smaller pumps—such as a typical 100 psi, 5 L/min window-cleaning pump while keeping spray drift to an absolute minimum.

It is suitable for flow rates of up to 2 L/min (at the nozzle) without excessive drift. The 10 nozzle may also be used for biocide application at flow rates of up to 4 L/min, although it does not provide the same delivery pressure as the 6.5 orifice nozzle.
