Nozzle Size Calculator

Raw nozzle size gives you the mathematical and theoretical result, the calibrated output gives you more of a real world representation accounting for pressure loss and variance from gauges etc of 5%.

Stock = batch × (work÷stock). Water = batch − stock.

Setting ≈ 100 × (work ÷ stock). Example: 15% → 1% = 6.7%.

Water part uses per-position curve fit: water = a·LPM^b (rounded to 0.5). Strength = neat ÷ (water+1).

Colour tip curves: water = a·LPM^b (rounded to 0.5). Strength = neat ÷ (water+1).
