Descaling Kit for Mazzoni Boilers

This kit has been put together in order to easily descale the boiler coil in the Mazzoni boilers, and may also be used on other boilers depending on connections and manufacturers guidelines.  

Included:

1 x Everflo EF2200 12v pump

2 x hose barbs for inlet and outlet of pump

4 x hose clips for hose barbs on pump and M22 female connections

5m of 1/2" braided hose

2 x M22 female x 1/2" hose barb

1 x 1L bottle of descaler - dilutes 24:1

Needed:

Barrel for water descaler mix.

Battery for running the pump (optional extra)

The kit should be set up such that the descaler goes through the boiler and the Everflo pump only.  The M22 females should be fitted to the inlet and outlet of the boiler and the hose used to draw the chemical mix out of a barrel, through the Everflo pump, through the boiler and back into a barrel.  The chemical mix may need to be pumped through the boiler for 2-4 hours depending on the scale build up.
