Usage & Installation Notes

• Before fitting, confirm pump model and variant to ensure correct bearing size.

• Disassemble rotor shaft assembly per the Hypro service manual, remove old bearing and clean housing thoroughly. 

• Press out old bearing and install new bearing to correct depth and orientation as per Hypro specification.

• After installation, re-assemble pump, ensure rotor spins freely and service seal surfaces if needed.

• Recommended maintenance: check bearing condition and replace at first signs of wear to prevent secondary damage to rotor, body or shaft.
